Refund Policy

Pre-contract terms for assessment sessions and multi-session development blocks: price, duration, instructor qualifications, cancellation, no-show and refunds.

Prices, duration and cancellation

Prices, session duration and instructor qualifications are shown before payment. Reschedule or cancel free of charge at least 24 hours before a session; later cancellation may incur the session fee. Unused multi-session blocks may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase.

No-show and refunds

Non-attendance within 15 minutes is treated as a delivered session and is non-refundable. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 business days, less delivered sessions. Statutory rights remain unaffected. We make no guarantee of licence, test results or skill outcomes.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@jexarisa.com; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved consumer disputes may be referred to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba).
