Driver Development Cycle
Every program runs on the same sequence, so a session is never an isolated lesson. You are scored against the same 12-point rubric each time, and each stage hands the next one a written record to work from.
Twenty minutes of observed driving, scored across twelve skills. You leave with a baseline sheet and a written debrief within 24 hours.
We pick two or three skills with the widest score gaps and agree on what a passing standard looks like for your roads and your car.
Each session adds one assigned drill with a stated pass condition, driven on a route chosen for that skill rather than a fixed loop.
The rubric is applied again at the end of the block, side by side with your first sheet, plus an instructor note on what to keep practicing.

Instructor credibility
Every session is led by a licensed instructor working from the same rubric and the same scoring anchors. You see the skill rows before you drive, and the written debrief arrives within 24 hours.
Lead instructor, urban and motorway observation
Twelve years of instruction in Kyiv, including night sessions and winter conditions. Scores only what the rubric names, and pairs every low row with the practice exercise that follows it.
Instructor, low-grip and emergency handling
Closed-course background in skid control and braking discipline. Runs the handling drills assigned after an assessment gap, on a surface that lets a mistake stay harmless.
Instructor, returning and low-mileage drivers
Works with licensed drivers who have not sat behind the wheel in years or who drive only a few times a month. The focus is calm decision-making under observation, not exam preparation.
We are not affiliated with any government body, licensing authority or examination centre. We do not promise that you will pass an exam, and we do not promise a stated improvement by a stated date. The assessment records what an instructor observes on the day; the practice plan is what you build from it.

Companies that run vehicles for staff, clients or cargo can book the same 12-point rubric for a whole group. Each driver is assessed individually, then coached on the skills that actually showed a gap. No promises about collision rates, only a documented starting point and a practice plan.
