2. Data we collect

Name, phone, e-mail, city, chosen training category and your message; plus technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited when analytics is enabled.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use data to reply to enquiries, conclude and perform training contracts and meet legal duties. Processing rests on your consent and on Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 № 3826-IX.

4. Cookies and consent

Essential cookies keep the site running. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie banner.

5. Retention

Enquiries without a contract: 12 months. Concluded training contracts: 3 years after completion. Accounting documents: for the period required by Ukrainian law.

6. Sharing and security

Data is shared only with hosting, CRM and messaging providers acting on our instructions, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data and apply technical and organisational safeguards.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to contact@jexarisa.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

8. Complaints and dispute route

Service complaints are answered within 30 days at contact@jexarisa.com. You may also apply to Держпродспоживслужба; your rights are protected by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.

9. Language and changes

Consumer information is provided in Ukrainian as the state language under Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» від 25.04.2019 № 2704-VIII; this English text is an additional courtesy version. We may update this policy and publish the new date above.
