2. Eligibility and conduct

You must be 18+, hold a valid learner permit and any required medical certificate, and give accurate data. Invalid documents may end a booking. Arrive on time; lateness shortens a session without refund. No alcohol or drugs; instructors may be replaced by equally qualified professionals.

3. Booking and payment

Before payment we disclose scope, price, duration, instructor qualifications, cancellation, refund and complaint rules (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII; Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII). Prices are in UAH, taxes included, prepaid. A booking binds after our written confirmation.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Reschedule or cancel free 24 hours before a session; later cancellations may be charged in full. Prepayments for unused sessions are refunded within 10 business days.

5. Liability

We cover direct damage caused by our fault up to the amount paid for affected sessions. We do not guarantee exam, licence or skill outcomes; claims follow Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

6. Data and cookies

Data is processed under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25.04.2024 № 3826-IX. Non-essential cookies need prior consent.

7. Complaints

Email contact@jexarisa.com; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved consumer disputes: State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Держпродспоживслужба), Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.
